Mr. President, there are atleast one other solution to the amnesty problem!

Mr. President, why do you talk as if there are only 2 possible immigration proposals? One “to let everyone stay here and rake in all the entitlements” and the other to “send everyone back to Mexico”?

There are estimates that if we enforce our CURRENT LAWS, within 5 years over half of the people that have invaded my home country would leave of their own accord.

That seems humane Mr. President!

Mr. President, Will You PLEASE cut the rhetoric!

YOUR BILL IS AMNESTY. Please stop insulting us Americans that have a 3rd grade education!

We do know what the definition of AMNESTY is!

Mr. President, I support you BUT…

Mr. President, AS A CONSERVATIVE not a Republican, I want to support you but, your stance on immigration is not one that I stomach. Lots of people come over the southern border unchecked not just the Mexican people. WE MUST HAVE ENFORCEMENT BEFORE I’M WILLING TO DISCUSS ANYTHING ELSE RE: IMMIGRATION.

Your NOT consistent in your stance. You want to KILL people that the Iraq Border and you want to give welfare to people that cross the U.S./Mexican Border Isn’t that inconsistent in your thinking?

You have already signed in to law an enforcement project to build a 700 mile fence on the Mexican/U.S. Border. BUT, you’ve only built 12 miles of it. You want us to believe you that there a standards to be met before amnesty occurs. How can we trust you? You’ve already turned your back on us! Even the Mexicans that are legal here don’t want this immigration bill. THEY KNOW, their wages will go down when this immigration bill sees the light of day.

In my own case, twice, the government (Republican Government) has loosened immigration standards re: software development and twice I lost my livelihood (not just my job) and had to be retrained for some other work. In 1982, I was making over $70/hr. The last time I worked in software development, I was making less than $30/hr.

Based on my history the Mexicans are right to be afraid of a loss of wages.

Surgery on Monday!

On Monday at noon west coast time maybe you could spend a moment for someone else and send a prayer. You see, I’m going to have neck surgery. The will be installing a Spinal Cord Stimulator. This is just to “test” weather the  Spinal Cord Stimulator will actually work for me (they don’t work for some people).

The  Spinal Cord Stimulator will come from “Advanced Bionics“. You can see an interesting video at that link.
Talk to you after the “Procedure”

105 degrees! They say it’s unseasonably “warm”!

JustPlainRacin.com LogoAfter my Route 66 Project, I ended that trip in Mesa, AZ. I’ve been here since the beginning of December. I’ve wondered when the 100 degree days would begin. Weather has been quite nice. Even, the upper 80 and 90 degree days weren’t all that bad.

So, with these days, I remember when I lived near Sacramento, CA.

I hope your summer is going to be good!
